Keep them clean by rinsing them often and brushing them when needed, but avoid rinsing the aligners in hot water. Every 1-2 weeks as directed by your Smiling Molar Dental provider, switch to the next set of aligners in your series. The average Invisalign treatment time takes about 12-18 months.

What should I expect after my treatment?

After Invisalign treatment is complete, you might wear a retainer for a period of time to keep your teeth in their proper alignment. Keep your teeth clean by brushing after meals, flossing daily, and seeing the Smiling Molar Dental team every six months for professional teeth cleanings and exams.
